EVENT TICKETS
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales for events organised by the Iceni Chapter are subject to the terms below.
2.1 Cancellations by the Chapter
If an event is cancelled by us:

You will be offered either
-
A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
2.2 Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled:

Your ticket will remain valid for the new date

If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within [7–14] days of the reschedule announcement
2.3 Cancellations by the Attendee
If you are unable to attend:

Refunds may be issued if cancellation is requested at least [14 days] before the event

Refunds requested less than [14 days] before the event may not be granted
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Chapter unless required by law.
2.4 Non-Attendance
Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
2.5 Transfers
Tickets may be transferable to another eligible individual, subject to notification and approval by the Chapter.

3. Physical Goods (Merchandise)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
3.1 Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To qualify:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
3.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is:

Faulty

Damaged
-
Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will:

Offer a replacement, or
-
Issue a full refund (including reasonable return postage costs)
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalised items

Worn or used clothing
-
Items returned in unsellable condition
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.
